Here are the good news!
There is NO FACECONTROL. Sushi Rumba has excellent LOW COST COCKTAILS (check the menu below). Lots of girls and good looking boys. Our will play good energy music, that keeps you dancing until the morning. Expe…ct some French house, hip hop, classic hits and of course our famous whitelabel remixes from stuff that rocks the charts these days.

Come check it out. Sushi Rumba has the potential to become the next Real Mc Coy. Cheap Booze (with good high quality alcohol!), but still good people and lots of fun. Ah, and I forgot. Lots of tables with no deposit or such. You can just sit and chill, if you found a date or you re tired of dancing.

Most of all, our last test party rocked until 4 AM, even though it was during the vacation time in August and smoking hot and stinky outside.

Our theme this time is Black Night. We’ll play some RnB and Hip Hop based Mashups, but don’t worry too much. There will also be our usual hit tracks, prirate white label remixes of what is in the charts these days.

Ah yes and I forgot to mention. Since its Black Night, you should be dressed black and have a black face (unless you are black). So take Mommy’s shoe shine or get a tain. We are bringing you good VIBES with a bag full of great summer tunes. Misha Rodin warms you up, before Two-Zero is taking over with a nice mix of Mashups, French House and he promised ev…en to dig into some Italo Disco and the upcoming hip 90′s. Gun will take over with lots of new tunes and seduce you drink another Red Bull or two, so you’ll keep on movin’ (don’t stop now) until the end.

Sorry for being late with the newsletter. We had some technical problems to overcome. I know, many of you are waiting for the info about Paul Oakenfolds private session at Imperia Lounge tonight. Paul Oakenfold, managed by IKON in Russia will release a new album in fall and he is here to look for some sponsors for his record release and the concert. He'll play a very private session at Imperia Lounge which is closed for the public today and he'll also play some of his new tracks from the upcoming album "Popkiller". Well, if you want to go, send us a quick reply to this newsletter. We have a few guestlist places to give away to our community of party tigers. We will notify you, if you won a guestlist place. Otherwise, you were probably too late, but don't worry, if you won't make it this time. There are many more cool concerts and DJ gigs ahead and we are trying to get more freebies for you.

Studio 21 Podcast
We're still trying to manage some technical issues (yes, sometimes the voices are not loud enough), but we are slowly getting there. That is also, why we are currently only doing podcast with our LF , so we can re-do them later with ease. Once we are better with the tech stuff, we are also inviting some guest . We already talked to Pirumov of Flammable Beats, Andriesh, the Epik Sound crew, Filq and many others.
This weeks guest was Pasha Fookin'. Originally we had the plan to split the DJ set between Kid-Fu-Kin and Gun, but at the end, Pasha played a 3 hour set of nice tunes and we were listening and commenting. Other guests that night were Louis Lebee (he is still in town), Gun and Maximali. Our Studio 21 podcast becomes and institution, with people popping in on Tuesday nights, just to be there live or to be a part of the show. Yes we know. Its all about terraces these days, but with the smoke covering our streets and making them look like a hazy autumn day, even though its 40 C and hard to breathe. One can actually also enjoy the insides with an aircondition and good air filters. No matter what, we'll continue with our weekly Vibes sessions, where we are bringing you good tunes and good vibes. Pasha Fookin just returned from a Europe trip and he brought a lot of new tracks with him, inspired by clubs and bars in Paris and Barcelona. He'll play the prime time set for you from 1 AM. Misha Rodin will do the warm-up. Enjoy a few good drinks from 11 PM to 1 AM with a buy one – get one free – special.

Cult (club) is taking a summer break until September, but we'll continue with our monthly Yum Yum sessions at Sushi Rumba in the meantime. Some of you may remember our great opening party there in November with Joyce Muniz. Anyway, Sushi Rumba will take some tables away, so we have a dance-floor and we are dancing with the best Mashup tunes Moscow has to offer.

They do have a functioning air-condition, which even has a filter, if its smokey outside again.

As for the , we have a nice line-up from Maximali to Pasha Fookin to Two-Zero & Gun in a back to back session.

Don't miss out on that one, especially because Sushi Rumba has the best cocktails in town and they are really fair priced (200-350 Rub). I already know that I'll have a hangover next morning. Those of you who want to sing themselves… Sushi Rumba just opened a private Karaoke Room, which we can use as well that night. And of course they have some great food as well, in case you didn't have dinner yet.

What else this weekend?
I don't know about you, but I'm slowly getting tired of hot humid evenings and especially the smoke is killing it. Today its nice a clear, but we are not sure how the wildfires will bother us in the near future. One alternative to the open air parties is the cinema. The cinema 35mm continues with its summer festival, bringing you lots of cool independent movies in its original language (and substitles). Besides they are running their normal program where we have the action moview "Ghostwriter" for the boys of you and the chickflick "Mother & Child". http://kino35mm.ru/
